Life can never be sweeter without a guitar.

Summary for Saturday's event:

Reached Buona Vista at around 8++am, met up with zr, joanne, liqin, serene, duong, almost couldnt find our way to NUS. Then we finally boarded a bus, which took us ONE WHOLE ROUND before we entered the NUS campus. Then alighted at the wrong stop, met up with shena (juliana came late), and got ready for that day's GENUS Guitar Riot. Woots.

Never thought there were so many variations of guitars. Alto, Suprano, Bass, and many many more. Our ensemble only had the guitarron and the contrabass. Oh wow. They allowed us to try out the other types of guitars. For the first time in my life, im forced to sight read and play on a totally new instrument.

During the performance at evening, our sch supposed to play lagrimas, and as we could not bring the guitarron here, i had to play guitar 3. But then, i managed to borrow a guitarron from the NUS ppl XD and we finally got a bass in our mini ensemble =) The second performance in our new team with other schools was horrible though.

Went for dinner at LJS, when the girls smuggled food in. The cleaner was like, marking us.

Went to ACJC's christmas guitar concert after dinner! The school was beautiful lol. But they keep playing christmas carols. Not that the songs are not nice, just that none of us are really into christmas carols. Though they indeed play lots of songs. Now we are ready for our concert next year =)
