Ok...i guess im still rather stuck with chinese songs...

Really, after i listened to some of the songs recommended by fiona, im still clueless of why many likes english songs. Maybe its my language problem. I cant appreciate their music. For one, their lyrics...doesnt appeal me. When i listen to songs, i will go for the lyrics first.

Family background ba. Chinese speaking parents and grandparents, im not really exposed to english songs. Or rather, real english songs. Maybe i like chinese alot. Im trying to learn and write lyrics in the future. Maybe thats the cause.

Well, i do agree with fiona, i dont like singers who copy other ppl's songs. Well, im not including jocie guo inside the list, coz what i idolize is her determination=) And i dont like Jaychou's songs, the lyrics sound too chim. Not very appealing. I like lyrics written by XiaoHan, very simple and sweet. BY2's songs are an example of simple and nice lyrics. Their songs may sound stupid, but it is definitely written very nicely, according to me la. I like singers who make very 亲民 songs. Wu Jia Hui is an example. Lol. 一人一半 roxs.

A few recent songs that "I" think is nicely written: 亲爱的，那不是爱情； 一人一半； 爱Y爱Y； 不够成熟； 发呆； 无法归类； 今天过去； 永不消失的彩虹.
