A group of workers were cutting down trees in a forest.

A biologist walks by and starts to wonder how many animals and plants will be affected.

A chemist walks by and starts to calculate the amount of CO2 that will not be absorbed, and how it will affect the temperature of the Earth.

A physicist walks by and starts to plot a graph of how the trees should be cut in order to fell them easily.

A poet walks by and starts on a poem on the beautiful Earth and the trees.

A teacher walks by and starts to think how this can be used in class.

Tomorrow is POP! Yep! The day that we have been anticipating so much! The end of our final lap! Cheers Batch 39!

Looking back, life in NPCC is definitely nice.

Sec 1, i was still that clueless little boy who got lost in HCI. Then i did not even know my squadmates. My antisocial attitude doesnt help much. Our NCOs then was Jonathan the kind guy, Chan Keet and Jian Wei. Ha. They were pretty nice guys to us. Maybe we were sec 1s then. Not much stress. That was the year when i excelled. Was the first group to get my Lance Corporal then. Unit camp then was fun.

Sec 2, there was Wilson, Shuo Yan, Ying Hao and Wei Lun. I remember yinghao was the super kind nco who ALMOST never scold us before. Ya. and i guess that year was pretty tough. Coz our NCOs were rather hard on us. I screwed up my Corporal promotion test twice in the row, resulting in me falling far far behind the high achievers in my squad. That was one traumatising year for me. Then there's the Adventure Training Camp, when we had camp together with other units. Kind people i met there=) too bad we never kept in contact. Lastly, there's the parades!!! Police Day Parade was rather great. Together with other schools, met lots of new people. Singapore Youth Festival Opening Ceremony was the best. The most grand. At the National Stadium. Cool! But the cost of getting a place in this parade, was heavy.

Sec 3, the hectic year. NCOs Jeremy, Jasper, Jonathan and Chuan Khim were super hard on us. Coz we are taking over them this year. Got into ExCo, Creativity Department under Charlton. Yea, charlton was a nice guy too. Was placed in charge of the 1-star and 2-star kayaking together with xining. Went..rather smoothly, considering we started from scratch with no experience, and Charlton did help us abit...Was in the organising committee for a few events, PR committee for Uniformed Groups Bowling Championships, and Programmes committee for Mid-Autumn Festival. Got lots of experience in liaising that year, as i need to contact alot of people that year. Took over the ExCo. As Creativity and Social Services got merged, Preston became the head instead. Ha, he is definitely better than me in terms of ExCo work.

Update on Sec 4 tomorrow.
